Role: Sales & Marketing Intern
Eligibility:
Pursuing BBA or MBA with specialization in Marketing and Sales (final-year students preferred)
Candidates from Bihar and Jharkhand will be given preference
Strong interest in FMCG sales and traditional product marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and onboarding new retailers and distributors
• Conduct field visits for market research and feedback collection
• Support promotional campaigns and point-of-sale branding
• Maintain sales logs, visit reports, and track daily performance
• Coordinate with the sales team for territory-wise planning
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and local dialects
• Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground
• Proficiency in MS Excel or mobile-based reporting tools
Opportunity for Growth:
• Internship period may be extended based on performance and results
• Exceptional interns may be offered a full-time position as Sales Manager or Territory Manager
